A family film about a couple of toddlers whose father's girlfriend has abducted their dog and taken him away. Dean Cain portrays Glenn Barrows, a recently widowed father who is doing his best to raise his two young children, Elliot and Phoebe, who are also grieving the loss of their mother. A sweet puppy named Belle is adopted by the Barrows during the holiday season, and things start looking good for the family. When it appears that the mending process is about to begin, Glenn's dog-hating, gold-digging new girlfriend wrecks their newly discovered bliss by removing Belle from the picture. Will the young children be able to pull off a daring Christmas Eve rescue of their cherished new pet in time for Christmas? A four-legged holiday miracle, family, and friendship are the themes of this charming comedy, which also stars Haylie Duff.
