After one last successful mission, two master thieves (Brosnan and Hayek) are finally retiring. Their old foe, FBI Agent Stan P. Lloyd, turns up in their own tropical paradise to double-check that they are truly retired. An ocean liner named the "Diamond Cruise" is docked in the port, and Stan is convinced that it isn't actually decommissioned and that this is the next set up.
