Airborne
Mitchell Goosen is a sixteen/seventeen-year-old California boy who enjoys surfing and roller skating. Nonetheless, his parents, two zoologists, were awarded a grant to work in Australia. Mitchell, on the other hand, was unable to accompany them. As a result, he is sent to live with his aunt, uncle, and cousin in Cincinnati, Ohio. When he arrives, he meets his cousin, who also happens to be his new roommate for the next six months: Wiley. Mitchell then goes to school and gets into a fight with the high school hockey players. Mitchell and Wiley are subjected to weeks of torture by the guys. The big guys, as well as Mitchell and Wiley, must then learn to work together in order to defeat Central High School rivals in a race down Devil's Backbone.
