The Taxpayer is duped by a group of mysterious villains known as 'The Alliance.' They confine him, torture him, and plot his public crucifixion. Richard Randolph, a local janitor, gathers retired superheroes and creates a scheme to rescue the Taxpayer. The villains organize a public demonstration during which a large number of citizens gather to witness the Taxpayer's crucifixion. The heroes invade the bad guy's stronghold, sparking a massive battle. Throughout the pandemonium, many funny and action-packed musical performances are interwoven. Will the heroes save the day in the midst of the great political debate and war for humanity?
