To pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep safe from the evil Barnaby, Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum borrow money from their boss, the toymaker. As a last resort, they con Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum rather than Bo Peep. Barnaby becomes enraged and sends the bogeymen out of their caverns to destroy Toyland.
