Blue World Order

Following the devastation of the northern hemisphere by a nuclear war, the surviving population in the southern hemisphere became desperate and violent in their competition for scarce resources. Society is collapsing, and an infectious bacteria threatens to wipe out those who survive. In order to rebuild civilization, a self-appointed government known as 'The ORDER' used a massive Electro-Macnetic Pulse to immunize the bacteria (EMP). The Order also secretly delivered a bio-tech virus via the EMP, granting them control over the population. Jake Slater is the only person who hasn't been infected by the Order's virus. Jake now scavenges the wasteland for a way to keep his unconscious daughter alive, completely unaware that she is the last child on Earth and the key to humanity's survival.
