Born to Be Wild

Born to Be Wild follows a variety of orphaned jungle animals and their daily behavioral interactions with the people who rescue and raise them to adulthood. The story unfolds in two distinct geographical regions. Half of it takes place in Borneo's rain forests, where renowned primatologist Dr. Birute Galdikas works with young orangutans, and the other half in Kenya's desert savannahs, where naturalist Dame Daphne Sheldrick works with infant elephant calves.
