A birthday party at a posh restaurant puts in motion a chain of events that brings Sissy, her brother Mikey, and their friends Kenny and Barbie face to face with the macabre world of the Boneboys. Sissy, Mikey, and their friends Kenny and Barbie are all invited to the Boneboys' party. The Boneboys are transnational predators that traffic in human flesh, whether it is dead or alive, and are inspired by Jonathan Swift's cannibalistic tale A Modest Proposal. The cities of the world serve as their hunting grounds.
