Mary Henry is the sole survivor of a fatal car accident due to mysterious circumstances. Trying to put the incident behind her, she relocates to Utah and works as a church organist. However, her new beginning is shattered by visions of a demon. As the visions become more frequent, Mary is drawn to the deserted carnival on the outskirts of town.
