Billy Bigelow died 15 years ago. The right to return to Earth for a day had been long renounced by the now-exiting soul. So there's a problem with his family: wife Julie Bigelow (née Jordan) and an unnamed child. But he must first obtain the gatekeeper's permission by telling him his narrative, before returning to Earth to help solve the problem. Adapted from the popular Broadway musical by Rodgers and Hammerstein.
