As Christmas approaches, Elizabeth Bennett, a New York event planner, is assigned to prepare a winter fair in a quaint, little village. When she arrives, she discovers William Darcy, a prominent billionaire who is devoid of holiday cheer, is in the midst of selling the charming mansion she had wanted to utilize as a venue. Determined to make her event a success, Elizabeth convinces a hesitant Darcy to allow her to stage the festival on the historic estate that was once noted for its holiday brightness. When they end up collaborating to plan the celebrations, the unusual duo falls in love. However, when issues emerge and the festival is forced to close unexpectedly, the pair separates and Darcy continues with his plans to sell the estate. On the eve of Christmas, a bereaved Elizabeth prays for a Christmas miracle to resurrect the festival, rescue the estate, and rekindle her holiday romance.
