City on Fire
It is hard for Ko Chow, an undercover cop, to deal with people on all sides. To get into a gang of jewel thieves, his boss, Inspector Lau, wants him to get some handguns. His girlfriend wants him to marry her or she will leave Hong Kong with another man. Other cops don't know that he is a coworker. How would Chow rather leave the force? When he has to betray people he's become friends with, he feels bad. "I do my job but I betray my friends." For more trouble, he starts to get close with Fu, a gang member.
