Confucius
Kong Ze (Confucius), a commoner revered for his wisdom, is appointed Minister of Law in the ancient Kingdom of Lu about 500 BC during China's Spring and Autumn Period. Because of his inspiring leadership, Lu rises to new heights, but the warlike nation of Qi sets its sights on conquering it. Desperate for help, they ask their best teacher to lead their most powerful army against a powerful neighbor. When Confucius wins against all odds, the aristocracy is angry and wants to kill him. But they should never underestimate a great man whose wisdom is more powerful than the sword, so they should not try to kill him.
