When Sarah moves into a new apartment, she is abused, broke, and down on her luck. Sarah appears to have made the correct decision when she moves into the apartment, and she even makes some new acquaintances, including Sid (Jason Mewes). However, tenants begin to vanish, and when Sarah and Sid go hunting for them, they discover an evil plotting to take over not only their building, but the entire city. The bitter and vengeful spirit begins entering the bodies of the tower's occupants, turning them into bloodthirsty zombies as Sarah and Sid fight for survival.
