Far from Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog

Young Angus adopts a dog and names him Yellow. A few days later, while traveling along the British Columbia coast with Angus's father, John, the kid and dog were stranded when their boat is capsized by rough waters. Angus's parents keep trying to get rescue teams to help him. Angus, who has been taught wilderness survival techniques by his father and is aided by the intelligent Yellow Dog, attempts to draw rescuers.
