An account of karate competitor Choi Yeung-Eui, who went to Japan after WWII to become a fighter pilot but ended up on a completely different path. He renamed himself Masutatsu Oyama and traveled across the country, defeating martial artists one by one. This film focuses on his youth and the development of his famous karate style, Kyokushin.
