A teenage Stephen Chow appears in this amusing homage to the martial arts classic by Bruce Lee. Sing (Stephen Chow) is a Mainlander who traveled to Hong Kong (doesn't that seem familiar?) to locate his cousin. He meets Siu (Kenny Bee) and joins numerous kung fu schools in an effort to win a $10 million prize in a combat competition.
