Martijn, an idealistic Dutch pianist, travels to Morocco in order to assist in the establishment of a food program for hungry children in the country. The terrorists seize Martijn and inject him with a crippling medication before taking him away and imprisoning him within minutes of his arrival. Under the threat of death, the young guy participates in a mental chess match with Ahmat, attempting to figure out what his captor's true goal is and thereby avoiding a dreadful fate that awaits him.
