Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters
After decades of defeating Godzilla and other huge monsters, the human species is forced to depart Earth in 2048. They travel for twenty years to Tau Ceti-e, but when they arrive, they discover that the planet has become inhospitable. As their ship's living circumstances worsen, a young man called Haruo leads a movement to return to Earth and reclaim it from the monsters. The ship returns safely, but the crew discovers that it has been twenty thousand years since the Earth's biosphere evolved to become centered around Godzilla.
