Hani, who is only nine years old, is a mischievous child who has no fear of anything. His classmates and pals at school are all subservient to him, and he even has his family members working for him. He is a young punk with a bad attitude. He views his older brother HanByul, who frequently whines about being sick, as his primary target because he is the one who moans the most. Then, one day that will live in infamy, Han-Byul passes out at home and is transported to the emergency department, where the greatest nightmare that can come true for any parents is realized: he is diagnosed with cancer. The movie is an adaptation of a real-life event.
