As luck would have it, Pinhead is stuck in a sculpture that is purchased by an up-and-coming playboy who also happens to run a nightclub. The playboy helps Pinhead escape by luring victims into his presence so that he can use their blood as a means of escaping. In order to avoid returning to Hell, he sets out to demolish the puzzle cube. However, a female reporter is investigating the horrible killings, and she gets in his way.
