Phin Cooper, a dedicated BMX dirt jumper, is driven by a single goal in life: to become famous in his sport. Due to unpaid penalties, he is forced to miss a tournament and is obliged to perform community service, which he does reluctantly alongside one of the roughest lads, Blue Espinosa.
