The mystical land of Whoville exists within a snowflake. The Whos, a sort of deformed Munchkin-like people, live in Whoville. The Whos all enjoy Christmas, but the Grinch resides just outside of Whoville. The Grinch is a terrible creature who despises Christmas and schemes to take it from the Whos, whom he also despises. Cindy Lou Who, a little toddler, tries to try to befriend the Grinch.
