John Cleaver, age 15, is aware that he is a danger to others. He is obsessed with serial killers but has no desire to become one himself. For the sake of his own safety and the safety of those around him, he adheres to strict regulations in order to remain "good" and "normal." However, when a genuine monster appears in his town, he must unleash his evil side to stop it; however, without his rules to keep him in check, he may be more dangerous than the monster he is attempting to kill.
