I Want to Eat Your Pancreas
The cherry blossoms are still blooming in April. In a hospital waiting area, the usually aloof bookworm with no interest in others comes discovers a book. The words "Living with Dying" are handwritten on the cover. He soon discovers that it is a diary kept by Sakura Yamauchi, a popular and really happy classmate who explains to him that she is suffering from a pancreatic illness and only has a short time left. She gains just one more person to share her secret with at this point. Sakura is resolved to live her life to the fullest until the very last day, attempting to maintain a normal life as much as possible. His heart begins to change as her free personality and unpredictable behaviors throw him for a loop.
