Ice 2020
The year is 2020. Dr. Thom Archer, a professor of environmental science, has discovered that Halo, the corporate energy business that is drilling on the Greenland Glacier, is contributing to the glacier's melting. Archer's warnings go unheeded, so he travels to the Arctic in search of irrefutable proof. As soon as he arrives, he understands that humankind is in grave danger, and he immediately returns home to save his family from the attack. The glacier gives way, causing widespread devastation. Weather patterns that are out of this planet emerge, causing the global temperature to plummet by several degrees.
