When Clair Cline, a US B-24 bomber pilot, is shot down and arrested in northern Germany, one war comes to an end and another begins in order to keep hope alive. Cline and his fellow POWs must find a way to bond together in order to not only survive, but to transcend their captivity. True events were the inspiration for this story.
