This is what it looks like during the summer in Menorca. In the beginning, Olivia didn't understand what was going on. Before she could start a real relationship with someone, she had to break up with someone. She is comforted by her sculptor mother, Nuria. She also gets practical advice from her. As soon as Fernando retires and moves into their guesthouse, a new wind blows over the island. Olivia thinks of Fernando as a father figure, but Fernando tries to get Nuria to like him. ISLA BONITA is a lovely, light-hearted comedy full of miscommunications. It's also a small tribute to the beautiful island of Menorca. Fernando Colomo, who directed and starred in this semi-autobiographical fiction film, makes us happy.
