The dangerous job of destroying "The Soviet Union" has been given to CIA agents Palmer and Gagano. As soon as they use a VR simulation to get into the system, their mission quickly turns into a crazy trap that is much harder than they thought it would be, as the fabric of reality starts to fall apart around them. Llanso's latest film is a jumble of different styles, virtuosic filmmaking techniques, and set design (from stop-motion animation to stylized live-action). It mixes inter-dimensional intrigue, spy-fi, kung-fu, and mind-melting weirdness in the style of Philip K. Dick to make something that is really hard to describe.
