Andula, an innocent Czech lady from a manufacturing facility town, is desperately searching for love. She believes she's discovered it when she beds Milda, a charming young artist visiting from Prague. Milda, nevertheless, is just looking for an informal encounter, and leaves town presuming he'll never see Andula again. But when Andula does not learn through him, she evacuates and heads to Prague, to the surprise of Milda and also his parents.
