Lupin and Jigen are after a treasure known as the Little Comet, which is hidden in the guarded country of East Doroa. Jigen is nearly killed by a sniper named Yael Okuzaki during the crime. His speciality is preparing tombstones for his victims prior to their execution. No one is supposed to be able to live after Yael creates their tombstone.
