Movie theater actress Lillian Cooper's kid dies inexplicably. When the checking out officer policies the cause of death an unexpected overdose, Lillian performs her own investigation which leads her to a not likely alliance with her kid's former dope dealer. On her mission for answers, Lillian visualizes several of the renowned personalities she's used phase which act as her inner voice, prompting her to retaliate her son's death.
