A man and his companions devise a complex and unique strategy for taking down two major arms producers, and they put it into action. Weapons of war have almost completely derailed Bazil's life, despite the fact that he is an avid moviegoer and works in a video store. His father was slain by a landmine in Morocco, and one fateful night a stray bullet from a nearby shootout embedded itself in his skull, putting him on the verge of passing away instantly. His father had been killed in Morocco. Bazil is forced out of his job and his home, and he begins to wander the streets until he meets Slammer, a pardoned convict who introduces him to a band of eccentric junkyard dealers. These junkyard dealers include Calculator, an expert in mathematics and statistics; Buster, a record-holder in human cannonball feats; Tiny Pete, an artistic craftsman of automatons; and Elastic Girl, a sassy contortionist After Bazil is informed by random occurrence of the names of the two arms manufacturers who were responsible for the construction of the instruments that led to his death, he devises a convoluted plan for exacting revenge, which his newly discovered family is more than happy to assist in putting into action.
