When Sgt. James Dunn is accused of killing the officer he had an argument with, he's not guilty. He's saved from death row and hired by Lt. Col. Grant Casey, who leads a top-secret special operations squad called the "Ghost Team." In their job, they try to get rid of criminals who have evaded traditional law enforcement.
