Out of the Wild
The narrative of Henry McBride, a down-and-out cowboy who can't drink his way out of his traumatic past. Working at a dude ranch is the last thing an aging cowboy wants to do when he's running out of money or options. Jessie King, the owner of the ranch, is a hard-working rancher who has a strong love for horses, and he is introduced to her. Self-discovery for McBride begins with his encounter with a troubled mustang with a past and temperament similar to his own.
