Six young boys compete against one another on their scooters as they navigate the tight streets of their neighborhood in Sanità, which is located in Naples. They have no fear and are reckless daredevils; they are determined to make money like their role models do, and they dress in luxury clothes and the newest footwear. These youths, all of whom are 15 years old, like to practice shooting their assault rifles on the rooftops of the city. They are in the business of selling illegal substances and will not be afraid to use their firearms in order to get control of the neighborhood. Their astute commander, Nicola, is familiar with the game's protocol, and he challenges one of the established crime bosses so that his crew can enter the competition and rise through the ranks more swiftly. But whoever is in control right now might not be around tomorrow at all. As a result of his girlfriend's actions, Nicola is placed in a position where she must choose between several potential partners. This forces Nicola's boyfriend to make a choice.
