Deacon, a former black-ops agent, is in China to give a kidney to his dying niece when he discovers he has become the latest victim of organ theft the day before the operation. Deacon, all stitched up and enraged, descends from his fancy hotel in search of his stolen kidney, tracing a blood-soaked path through the city's most dangerous neighborhoods.
