Quito 2023
The year is 2023. Leonardo Ponce, a military dictator who took over Quito in early2010, has walled the city. Marcos and Santiago's rebels are about to stage a coup d'état. Just hours before the strike, Santiago comes out and asks challenging questions that made everyone rethink their actions. Meanwhile, at Ponce's palace, he's trying to decipher the city's wall action. Unusual movement captures one of the revolutionaries. To collect as much information as possible from him.
