An insane and debauched monk named Rasputin causes mayhem at the local inn one night, slicing off one of the drinkers' hands. Rasputin is imprisoned for his crimes. Meanwhile, the diabolical Rasputin wields his devilish control over the beautiful women who labor in the Tsar's palace, as the enraged citizens plot their retaliation against the Tsar. It is even the Tsarina herself who has been tempted by his evil methods, and as his influence grows and begins to dominate government policy, there is only one course of action remaining... to eliminate him before he eliminates them all.
