Following on from the events of the first film in the series, ROAD2: THE SEA OF GLASS AND FIRE continues the story. The rapture has occurred, and Josh McManus (David A. R. White) is left behind, embarking on a journey to discover what has happened and attempting to return home to join his family in the meantime. Before he can get far, he is met by the same biker gang that attacked him previously, and he joins forces with a young girl whose family has been whisked up into the sky by God along with other believers. The vicious outlaw HAWG (Brian Bosworth) and his merry band of assassins are on the trail of Josh and are determined to murder him at any cost. Immediately following the apocalyptic rapture, law and order have crumbled, and the highways have become a no-land man's inhabited by bandits and looters. Josh's life has been shattered to its foundations, and he must make a decision: embrace his violent past or discover a new path and become a man of faith. Which one will he pick?
