When going to their spring break destination, five college pals decide to take a detour. Eventually, they arrive in the lonely mountain village of Blueridge, where Karen (Marino Resa) suspects her older sister, who went missing two years ago, may have gone missing as well. Karen and her pals decide to continue their drive despite a few strange interactions with the locals. However, an unforeseen auto breakdown forces them to abandon their vehicle. In Blueridge, "lost persons" are merely a way of life, and the party finds safety in a local motel, where they quickly learn that they are not alone. They start to disappear one by one until the gruesome realization dawns on everyone that the local BBQ Rib Restaurant may be serving up more than they bargained for.
