RoboCop
In RoboCop, it is the year 2028, and OmniCorp, a multinational company, is at the forefront of robot technology. Their drones have been used by the military overseas for years, but law enforcement in the U.S. is not allowed to use them. Now, OmniCorp wants to use their controversial technology on the home front, and they see a great chance to do so. When Alex Murphy, a good husband, father, and cop who works hard to stop crime and corruption in Detroit, gets seriously hurt, OmniCorp sees an opportunity to make a part-man, part-robot police officer. OmniCorp wants a RoboCop in every city and even more billions for their shareholders, but they didn't count on one thing: there is still a man inside the machine.
