Rock Star
The story of Chris Cole and a rock band called Steel Dragon is told in Rock Star. Cole works as a photocopier technician during the day and is the lead singer of a tribute band to Steel Dragon called "Blood Pollution" at night. Internal fights between the members of the Steel Dragon band lead to the lead singer, Bobby Beers, being fired and the search for a new singer beginning. The true story of the heavy metal band Judas Priest served as a loose model for this movie.
