Ye Xiang Lun is a piano major who recently transferred to Tamkang, a school known for its musically gifted pupils, particularly those who play the piano. He hears a mysterious song being performed on his first day of school, and follows it to meet Lu Xiao Yu, another piano major. When he inquires about the tune she was playing, she informs him that it is a well guarded secret. A friendship develops between the two, which quickly develops into a romantic one. Xiang Lun is unaware, however, that Xiao Yu is more than meets the eye.
