All four of the black women, who have suffered due to a lack of resources and at the hands of the majority, band together to rob banks. An officer who was involved in the shooting of one of the woman's brothers is on the trail of the women, despite being initially successful. In addition to increasing their plunder, the women's preferences and interests begin to shift, and their suspicions of one another grow as they progress toward a grand finale theft.
