This claustrophobic, underwater thriller stars Luke Perry. The only thing scarier than "Snakes on a Plane" is "Snakes on Submarine," and that's what we get in this movie. Lt. Commander O'Neill (Perry) was driving a retired submarine to its final port when Admiral Wallace (Tom Berenger) asked the crew to do one last thing: rescue an army research team that was in danger. When Lieutenant Commander O'Neill wants to reach the researchers and their top-secret cargo, he tells his crew to "run silent" in the depths. That silence is soon broken, however, when the cargo turns out to be two genetically modified leviathans that have been brought in. A new kind of predator has come out of the depths of the ocean to show how vulnerable man is when there's nowhere else to run.
