Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

"Sky Captain" sends his own personal air force into battle against the monstrous robots that have attacked New York City. His ex-girlfriend, journalist Polly Perkins, has been looking into the whereabouts of notable scientists since they vanished recently. Sky Captain and Polly come to the conclusion that there must be a connection between the global robot attacks and the men who have gone missing. They take a plane to the Himalayas in the hopes of finding the enigmatic Dr. Totenkopf, who is the brains behind the robots.
