Spider Baby
The plot follows an inbred family affected by 'Merrye syndrome', named for the family in which it developed. This disease causes individuals to age backwards starting at the age of ten and continuing until death, giving them the intelligence of a toddler. Family chauffeur (Lon Chaney Jr) takes care of the last generation, and all is good until a greedy branch of the family decides to evict the family from their home. Mental illness has always been and will always be a fascinating subject for horror movies, and Spider Baby makes the most of it.
