After an absence of ten years, Terry Noonan returns to New York's Hell's Kitchen. Almost immediately, he reconnects with his boyhood friend Jackie, who is a member of the Irish mob run by his brother Frankie. Terry also reconnects with Jackie's sister Kathleen. Eventually, though, Terry is caught between his commitment to his friends and his other loyalties.
