Summer Wars
Kenji is the regular adolescent outcast. Because of his lack of social skills and proclivity for online gaming, OZ is where he spends most of his waking hours. It is his sole existence–until the girl of his dreams, Natsuki, hijacks him to play a pretend fiancé at her family reunion and steals his identity. It will only get weirder from here on out! It all started with an email sent late at night, which contained a very cryptic math puzzle. In this "near-perfect blend of social satire and science fiction," Kenji and his new "family" work together to defend the planets they inhabit as Armageddon looms above them.
